The Answer

August 4, 2009 at 2:39 pm (OddOneOut)

Here’s the answer to riddle posted yesterday. Bum bum bum

First, you flip one switch. Now you have 1 light on.

Then you flip a second switch. Leave it on for a while and it’ll get hot. Then turn it off.

When you go into the room you’ll know the light that’s on connects to the first switch.

The light that’s hot connects to the second switch.

And the light that’s cold connects to the third switch. πŸ˜€

Yeah I know, kinda nerdy. But still it’s interesting…

An Interesting Riddle

August 3, 2009 at 12:54 am (OddOneOut)

I meant to post yesterday but I was grounded from the computer. Don’t ask.

Here’s a Β riddle I a while back. Let’s hope I get this right.

So you’re in a sealed room with 3 light switches. There’s a door that leads to a room with 3 light bulbs. If you can only pass into the second room once. How can you tell which light bulb connects to which switch?

Ok. I probably made that sound pretty complicated. Anyways, hope that give you something to think about till I give you the answer tommorow. πŸ˜‰

The following answers were completly made up by me and do reflect the opinion of this site. πŸ˜›

“If a tree falls in the middle of the forest and no one’s there to hear it, doe it make a noise?”

Yes

“Does an object have color if no one’s there to see it?

No

“Is something funny if no one’s there to laugh?”

I would assume not. But I think you guys should research this stuff your self and find your own conclusions. πŸ™‚

Another Picasso Quote

July 28, 2009 at 7:15 pm (Quotes)

Here’s the second quote from Picasso.

PABLO PICASSO:
My mother said to me, “If you become a soldier, you’ll be a general; if you become a monk, you’ll end up as the Pope.”
Instead, I became a painter and wound up as Picasso.

My mother said to me, “If you become a soldier, you’ll be a general; if you become a monk, you’ll end up as the Pope.”

Instead, I became a painter and wound up as Picasso. – Pablo Picasso

Just let that sink in a moment.

The Mirror Paradox

The Mirror Paradox

The Mirror Paradox

There’s an interesting thing about mirrors. When you look into a mirror the image is reflected side-to-side, but not up and down. Β Next time you look in a mirror think of that. And if you can, lay on your side. What do you see?

A quote from Picasso

July 28, 2009 at 3:10 am (Quotes)

Here’s a quote from Pablo Picasso. It’s so true. It’s good to hold onto that artist inside you. πŸ˜‰

PABLO PICASSO:
All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.

“All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.” -Pablo Picasso

I’ll post another one of his quotes tommorow.

July 25, 2009 at 3:30 am (Quotes)

Here’s the first quote of the blog. Hopefully this’ll hint at what I’m going for. πŸ˜‰

OSCAR LEVANT:
There’s a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.
